Martin Reeves (creating) is a thinker, speaker, advisor and author on the topics of strategy and innovation. He is the founder and former chairman of the BCG Henderson Institute, Boston Consulting Group's think tank on business strategy and management. He has consulted on strategy issues in consumer goods, industrial goods, pharmaceuticals, and financial services around the world. His research topics have included strategies of resilience, corporate vitality and longevity, technology and competitive advantage, corporate statesmanship, and business imagination. He is a three-time TED speaker, author of Your Strategy Needs a Strategy, The Imagination Machine, Like: The Button that Changed the World, and is widely published in Harvard Business Review and other management journals.

Christian Stadler (seeing) is a professor of strategic management at Warwick Business School and Forbes Contributor. His research, teaching, and advisory work addresses fundamental strategic questions that enable companies to grow, adapt, and consistently beat their competitors. He is an author of Open Strategy, Enduring Success and several articles in Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review. Thinkers50 shortlisted him for the strategy award and he has been quoted in over 7,000 media outlets including CNN, BBC, New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal.

Julia Hautz (experimenting) is a professor of strategic management at the University of Innsbruck, Austria. In her research, teaching, and work with companies, she focuses on strategy processes, Open Strategy, and the role of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in strategy. She is co-author of the book Open Strategy: Mastering Disruption from Outside the C-Suite. Her work has been published in the Harvard Business Review, the MIT Sloan Management Review, leading academic strategy journals and has been nominated for the Thinkers50 Strategy Award. She teaches strategy at all levels and is globally involved in consulting and coaching managers and organizations on strategy processes.

Hamad Buamim (influencing) is a business leader, non-executive chairman, independent director, advisor, and author with nearly 30 years of experience across strategy, governance, international trade, banking, insurance, engineering, real estate, hospitality, and economic development. He spent 16 years as President and CEO of Dubai Chamber of Commerce, promoting Dubai as a global business hub and leading the organization's international expansion, and later chaired the ICC World Chambers Federation in Paris. He also served as Managing Director of Dubai World, a state-owned investment and holding company of the Government of Dubai, where he played a key role in the successful restructuring and turnaround of its global investment portfolio. He now serves as chairman, vice chairman, and independent director across listed and privately held companies. He holds a doctorate degree, and his research focuses on business model innovation and organizational transformation.
